The park has been designed with large drive through sites that will cater for rigs up to 16 metres in length.

Most sites are drive through enabling the customer to easily park without any need to reverse. Most sites also have a TV cable so it is very easy to receive a perfect digital signal. There is also a dump point for the self contained RV.

There are some unpowered sites set aside for camping, these are located close to the BBQ area.

There are 3 family and 2 couple cabins located in the park. These all have ensuite with full cooking facilities, and are in high demand from both tourist and local workers. The park also has some older onsite vans which are also used by larger families as they can cater for up to 6 people.

This family cabin has a double bed with 3 bunks in a separate room full ensuite and all cooking facilities.

The shop has become a very popular location for many of the Peak Hill residents to get their soft drinks and lollies. However it has grown over the years to now be the Peak Hill convenient store. This has resulted in the turnover becoming a significant part of the overall business. As it is located as part of the residence it is very easy to operate during the evening hours.

The Big Fish Fossil Hut is a new addition to the caravan park. Not only is it an attraction for the park customers it has been extensively promoted in other magazines that brings in many of the passing travelers.
